Help me on my sleep problems!!?

Question

I always shout or hit the person who sleeps beside me,like my sister(i'm still a kid and share a room with her),or else i'll just cry out of the blue!!HELP ME!!

Is there anyway you can get a single bed and not sleep with anyone. I am sure both of you aren't getting any sleep. Try drinking warm milk before bed and listen to relaxing sounds like the ocean or rain that comes on cd's. Is there anything bothering you that you need to talk to someone about?

I think having a warm shower and eating healthy meal is enough to have a nice sleep.Or maybe you are spending your days fighting other children,so you remember all that when you go to bed.Try drinking a hot cup of milk.I really hope that you get rid of your problems dear.

Try doing a really long work out before bed so your body is as tired as your mind
