Well Andy i don't know you at all. But from what you said about your dreams it sounds like to me that you may be self-con. about the size or shape of your nose. If this is true you would need to not worry about it because there is nothing you can do about unless you won't to spend a lot of money to have it worked on. But i would worry about it. Its just a nose!!!!

You may dislike your nose, and this is becoming slightly twisted into your nose not liking you, or finding you comical. Just out of interest: is it on your face when it laughs at you?

it is just a dream,you should not pay too much attention for it.
nonetheless dream analysis can figure out your problem through analyst,usually a nose in a dream symbolizes penis,i do not know whether you have any sexual difficulties or impotence ,if so ,then you should treat it.
