The correct choice of wording would be "founded" not found. Religion is a thing created by man that has become the most profitable business yet invented, for the right people. And, also, religion has become (and probably always will be) the most frequent cause of war and killing. Cause that's what religion preaches right, love and be kind to others unless they disagree with you then go kill them.
Somewhere it is said or written "God created man in His image.."
Nah, a more truthful statement would be: "Certain men have created a God in their most beneficial image" And this goes for all religions. I believe in a "creator", but don't believe there is a religion yet that has defined their version of the creator properly.

Humans invented Gods in their own images to help explain the unknown. There have been thousands of different religions over time, it is impossible to know who invented them all.
What most people call Christianity was invented by a pagan Roman Emperor.

I would recommend that that you read the King James version of the Bible. It contains the answers to your questions.
God the Father knew you before you we born in eternity past and when you were formed in your mother womb. We are born with a Soul that will live for eternity. We must decide as a free will agent to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior or not.
Our decision determines whether we spend eternity in Heaven or Hell.

They were made up by humans to explain the mysteries of the world around us. Some people prefer science these days, but religion is still going strong. Maybe someday they'll mix, although I doubt it.

every one else is man made
mostly satan made, satan doesnt want us to go to heaven where he once was a great angel. that why false religions are created

People. Most claim they came as a vision from some higher power. It is terribly difficult to sift through all of them to discover what you believe to be authentic or divinely inspired.
