get married before 25
have babies before 25
Cheat on your spouse
Date someone who is married

I would love to have a law that states:
TAKE A EXTENSIVE TEST BEFORE HAVING CHILDREN:
(Parents be held accountable)

Nothing that I despise more than to see just anybody having kids and doing nothing with them. Not caring for them by no means, not financially, emotionally, physically, spiritually. That's just not right or fair for the children!!
