Immediate first aid includes the Heimlich maneuver. Take the puppy's back against your stomach, with your hands clasped in a fist under her rib cage. Quickly rotate your fist down in a sharp jerk. Don't do this too hard because you can hurt your puur pup more. If it doesn't work after 3-4 tries, Call the vet. It's an emergency!
Be warned, sometimes that blockage will launch itself across the room when this is done >.< .

The Heimlich maneuver, though be careful: this is not a human.
I once had to preform this on my cat with success (thank the kitty god), but popped her shoulder in the process.
In my town some of the vets have pet first aid classes which includes this maneuvers, CPR, and others. I would recommend that you look around and find such a class. Fact be, it's a good idea for any animal lover.

Hmm, what a couple of more hours and if she dies, then ask your vet what to do.
