YOU HAVE A PROBLEM I SEE
FIRST- DISABLE WINDOWS UPDATE U DON'T NEED THIS IF YOU ARE USING WINDOWS XP SP2.
SECOND-UNINSTAL THE WINDOWS GENUINE ADVANTAGE VALIDATION (HOT FIX )
