it takes alot of effort to be fat. thats why here in america we have so many obese people. first you go to an all you can eat buffett and do just that eat all you can, then eat some more till you feel like you will burst. an hour later go to mcdonalds and order two big mac meals and supersize both. make sure to substitute the drink for a extra large milk shake. dont forget apple pies better get the 2 for a dollar. when you have scarfed all that down dont walk far to the car have someone get it for you, or ride an electric cart like they have at walmart. when you get home go directly to the fridge and get some ice cream and some cookies. better also grab the potato chips on the way back to the couch. oh crap you forgot a drink, have someone else get you a six pack of beer and a gallon of koolaid. dont move now just watch tv for the rest of the day. if you have to go to the bathroom dont get up go where you are or pee in a jug #2 well use your imagination. repeat daily and you will be obese in notime

i recommend u strongly dont try to be fat cuz if u r thin then from spicy food to sweets whateva u want u can eat....but once u become fat then u will have to take a great care....imagine there is a plate of ur fav food and u cant even touch it...remember!gaining weight is very easy but loosing it is nearly impossible...But if stil u wanna be fat then
eat as many bananas and boiled potatoes as u can....this is a healtheir way of gainning weight because these things r oil fre offcourse so their is no risk of heart problems

You mean put on weight but not to the extreme of being fat right? Eat carbohydrate laden food and convert that to energy and bulk..... :P

Why do you want to be fat? You shouldn't want to. It's not good. Gaining weight, yes, trying to be fat, definitely not.

y would u wanna be fat??????????/ thats freekin INSANE if ur skinny stay that way cuz honey you'll be regrettin it when ur big and can get that weight off........ but thats ur choice........ i would eat tons of food........... unless u have a fast metabolism wher u just eat and eat and u don't get fat like i do!! but wutevr...........
