Of those who cook Indian frequently, what is your favorite source for recipes? We cook a lot of Indian food at home. Our favorites are Jaffrey's Indian Cooking; Mangoes and Curry leaves (South Asian); And Jule Sahin's Classical Indian Cooking.
Recipes from these books are sooo good, we find it hard to eat out at Indian restaurants -- even Amber which is probably the best around ithe Bay Area s not as good as recipes from these books.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Madhur Jaffrey's Ultimate Curry Bible is one of my favourites - it has recipes from all around the world and contains unusual dishes rather than the standard ones that appear in all books
