The Russian parliament is planning to adopt by July 5th amendments to anti-terrorism law, which will allow a Russian president to give executive orders to Russian special forces to take actions protecting lives of Russian citizens from terrorism threat EVERYWHERE.
A $ 10 million reward is promised for information leading to capture/killing of terrorists responsible for the deaths of Russian diplomats.
