When is Windows Vista being sold in the markets? Who has acquired a copy of the software?

Like XP, will Win Vista have the different versions and editions? And whats the cost like for the program?

No. Only the Test Version 1 of the O.S. is released till date. And in September, Test Version 2 will be made public.
But the full and final bug-free version of the Operating System from Microsoft will becommercially available in January 2007.
Microsoft hasn't revealed anything about the figure on the price-tag. So, stay in suspence for a couple of months ;-)
