There is this chinese restaurant in DC in the chinatown area, about a block away from the metro station. It's a small place, kinda looks run down. It has fish tanks in the front window. It was pretty good, I ate there while on a Close up trip. I was wondering if anybody knew the name?

I'm not sure exactly. I do know one place called Tony Chengs'. They have mongolian on the first floor and Chinese on the upper level. Each has fish tanks when you walk in. Actually its more of a lobster lank. They're one block from the Metro.
