Yeast infection. Also known as Thrush, candida or candidosis, is caused by the Candida species of fungus. Candida bacteria normally live around the vagina harmlessly but can occasionally multiply and cause an infection, particularly when the immune system is low (i.e. when you are very tired, run down or on antibiotics).
It is possible for a woman to transmit the yeast infection to a male partner via sexual intercourse. The man is more likely to catch thrush if he has a poor immune system or has poor levels of personal hygiene.

Yes. I don't think it's very likely because, obviously, males don't get yeast infections as often or like women do, but it is possible. I would say if it's a moderate infection to make sure you are treating it and it gets a little bit better before you make any contact.
"Staying away from any sexual contacts including oral contacts until your treatment is complete is probably the best idea. Both partners should be tested and treated to prevent the infection from transferring from one partner to the other back and forth. In terms of if it is bad for you, it could delay the effectiveness of your treatment. "

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

Actually you can not pass it to your partner as a yeast but as a bacteria infection if it is intercourse involved. No other way and to be honest I have had sex with one and did not know but my partner did not get anything from it i think it depends on the condition of it. But having sex with a yeast infection will make it worse and it will grow larger and worse. Oral should be prohibited you can pass it in the mouth. When babies have thrash on their tongue and mouth that's a form of yeast.

YES you can. Men are subject to getting yeast infections just like women are. You can pass it on to them and from what my doctor told my ex husband, it can be far worse on them than the woman if you can imagine that!?!? It can be transmitted through actual intercourse and in oral as well where it gets into their sinuses and such. Not a good thing. Always wise not to have sex if you are having a problem with a yeast infection.

You can transfer candida to his/her mouth if they perform oral sex on you; and if it's a male, then he could get some irritation on his penis from the yeast; but it's very rare that a man gets an actual yeast infection in his penis because their urethras are so long. Treat your yeast infection, then go for the nooky.
