The only way to lose weight properly is by exercising!
- Start off slowly, then try to build up to 3-5 times a week. Don't feel you have to do something extreme - it's better to do something than nothing at all.
- Small changes can make a difference too. Try getting off the bus a couple of stops early, walk instead of driving and climb the stairs instead of taking the lift.
- Throwing different kinds of exercise into the mix means your body gets an overall workout. Experiment with cardiovascular to work your heart and lungs, such as football and running; weight-bearing to strengthen your muscles and bones; and stretch and tone like yoga and swimming to give your muscles flexibility.
And of course you need to have a more balanced diet. Truth to be told: easy to say, hard to do.
I think there is no need to follow a special diet (and fad diets are definitely out). I myself lost around 5kg in a month by eating carefully: no coca cola, a little lesser rice, more vegetables to replace the meat, have fast food once in a fortnight or simply skip it totally.

It is mostly NOT your fault, that you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) soon surpassing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).
You need to re-learn how to eat. Learn everything on site below so you can understand how food and exercise affects your body. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not, and you will remain part of the biggest pandemic in all of history. Due to this pandemic, for the first time in 100 years, the children of Americans have a lower life expectancy than their parents. Take 3 minutes to read advice for teens then click on home page.

Read labels. If something has lots of calories and little nutrients, don't eat it. If it has hydrogenated ANYTHING in it, don't eat it. If it has corn syrup in it, don't eat it. These are both thing that your body knows how to store but not how to use.
Drink LOTS of water.
Take a multi-vitamin.
Don't drink sodas with your meals. They have chemicals in them that block the enzyme that your stomach sends to to your brain that says, "I'm full."
Eat according to what you do. If you're inactive eat less then you ordinarily would. That doesn't mean starve yourself or skip meals. Eat smaller portions.
Be smart about snacks. Fresh fruit instead of chips.
Stick to serving sizes. They're on the label for a reason.
Set a time about two hours before the average time you go to bed and don't eat after it. For me, it's 7:30.
DO NOT starve yourself. That trains your body to store all the calories it gets, which makes you gain weight.
DO NOT cut out all your carbs. Your brain needs them to function. Cutting all carbs will make concentration difficult and it will put you in a bad mood.
Short story on carbs: Good carbs: Complex. Bad carbs: Simple. Rule of thumb: Don't eat white stuff. Potatoes, white bread, white rice. Bad.
Exercise. Yes, you have to. You have to burn more calories than you take in in order to lose weight.

Do you mean it comes out, only just after you have eaten something?? or you want to lose weight?? If your wanting to lose wieght, the best thing is excersise, and eat a healthy balanced diet. Cutting out loads of foods, i don't think would work. Its more eating the right foods and healthy foods.
