I guess it would depend on wether they took you license away or not , when you got the DWAI ???? ...I they took and you are driving against the rules then yes your ar probably looking at jail time .. If not I am not really sure, espeacilly with the fact that you are already on probabtion ?? I would think you would have to do some time ??

If your probation is violated, you'll go to jail immediately. That will probably happen even before the other case goes to court.

You may well get additional jail time for the driving while revoked charge.

well, after your experience in the local grey bar hotel and having made many new friends, you will be able to walk back there to visit them upon your release, that is if they have left your lower half in tact, if not you will need to allow for a period of recovery during which utilizing public transportation would be a good idea, just don't get so drunk that you fall into the doors of the bus and get your head pinched off. I hate when that happens to me, or even worse, when I get so drunk that I forget I am waiting for the bus and then I see it coming and I step out into the street to cross before it gets to me and then it hits me, I hate when that happens. Good luck, Saucy.

Not always, but there is a pretty good chance. The state is trying to "crack down" on driving problems.
