Sounds like you are chasing after a woman who is either a stranger or she really doesn't want you! Think about it. What type of woman are you hoping to approach? If she was really that attracted to you, she would have approached to by now unless she's like a virgin or Catholic or something! If you two have started a relationship and you don't feel comfortable getting intimate with her yet then you need to take a good look at the chemistry in your relationship. I don't know all the details so I can't thouroughly help you, but good luck.
Oh and if it's a new girl you just met, let her make the first move that's how you can tell if she's into you or not. Give her some time if you really like her. If you just want her for sex then then save the unnessecary drama and pay a hooker.

Well, if you're approaching random women for sex - Then I suggest a wad of cash, large bills. And for yourself, a superpowered condom because STDs aren't as fun as sex.
