My brother's ex drives me crazy. She is in my age range (20) and he is 24. They dated almost 3 years ago. Now I am digging her and I think I am developing something real because I just want to be near her. What should I do? Would it be violating if I tell her how I feel? And what could I say to make her mine?

I think you should be honest with your brother first, out of respect for him. If he doesn't give you his blessing, you will be disrespecting him to continue. Whether or not you care about disrespecting him affects whether or not you should continue.
