just say hi. be confident and talk about something mutual, not yourself or her. for gods sake don't mention the weather unless its a sunset or something romantic like that. for the basic just ask her to go somewhere like the movies. simple, straight forward, and offer to take her out to dinner or a shake or something afterwards if you can. make the first move to holding her hand or putting your arm around her. you'll know when the time is right. by the end of the night you'll know very well whether or not your compatible.

The question really isnt what to say since she already likes you. Its what not to say so you dont piss her off.
But seriously now. You both know, so you dont have to tell her. The hard part is over. Just start hanging out. You dont have to be super serious right away.

Try something like,
"So, I'm going to the movies on Friday. I want to check out that movie (blah blah movie title) while it's still in theaters. Do you want to go with me?"
Then ease into the confirmation of it as a date... ask if maybe she'd like to go to dinner with you before the movie, for instance.

Though it may seem difficult now, the simplest way to go is just ask her. You will both be relieved afterwards. I always find it easiest to tell a joke about how nervous you are first. This gets both of you relaxed and relieves some of the pressure. Then just simply say, "Will you go out with me?"
From my experiences this is the easiest way to go about it. Hope this helps.
