If you're still in school, just keep asking for help, study those concepts, and check out a few math sites, like Math.com. And do the homework, it really helps to get that extra practice. If you're out of school, then just ask all us helpful people!

It sounds like you might need to work on your English skills as well - ask your parents to get you a tutor for math, and one for English - for grammar and spelling!

many times you can find books, video, or other things in department stores to help you personally. also many schools and communities offer tutoring programs for just this reason.
