For them to learn that the grass is not greener on the other side.So many women leave their men because they say they "need a real man" and they never find one.But I've noticed that many womens idea of one has nothing to do with reality.Men are men and women are women.So, I think the most important things they should have are common sense,down to earth,reality,and take pride in herself.Looks don't matter to me(unless they completely look ran over by a bus)

Her quality of character is critical - whether she upholds her moral integrity and has compassion for others. Qualities like these are important for the "long run". Looks and body parts are qualities looked at for "short runs" - like one-time dates.
I met a girl that said " Don't you think EVERY girl is a princess"?
And I told Her, " A girl is a princess only when she has compassion to serve others, instead of only thinking of herslf".

Intelligence. Be careful to remember to think out things. In relationships you utilize the physical and the emotional but it is the mental that helps you make decisions you can live with. If you are asking what men look at the most then it's looks and the physical attributes of the girl. Shallow but most usually true.

Qualities: friendly! If she's not nice, why go out with her?
Looks: Nice eyes. The eyes won't sag or wrinkle as time goes by.
Body parts: a head. This is always very important. It's hard to have a conversation, kiss someone, or generally go out in public with them if they don't have a head.

That's all anyone needs. Plus money and good living conditions, but I wanted it to sound mellowy and sappy.
