ok, here's what the deal really is. if you put your faith and trust in God who loves you unconditionally, you will receive eternal life. sounds fair to me! people who think God is unfair and evil don't really know God. God doesn't owe us anything, yet is willing to give us everything, just for loving and trusting Him. God is more fair and just and loving than anyone could ever imagine.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son so that whoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"God set a deal with Adam and Eve by allowing them Eternal life by not eating from the tree."
If god is all knowing then he KNEW they would eat from the tree, therefore they had no free will. If god was all good, he would give eternal life no matter what, no deal is needed. Plus, he had no reason to tempt them with the tree.
Anything after that doesn't matter because it will only be a result of gods original wrongdoing. For arguments sake, I'll look at your other points.
"Yet, they disobeyed God, so the only FAIR thing to do was eventual Death as punishment."
A simple mistake by humans means DEATH as punishment? You consider that to be FAIR? It's not fair at all. It's even less fair when we consider the fact that god was responsible for their sin! God is punishing his creation for his mistake! That is the work of an evil being, not an all good one.
"Is it fair that he "killed" many in history."
No, it's not fair that billions die for the mistakes of two people, especially when god was responsible for their mistakes in the first place.
'God is omniscient. When he created the universe, he saw the sufferings which humans would endure as a result of the sin of those original humans. He heard the screams of the damned. Surely he would have known that it would have been better for those humans to never have been born (in fact, the Bible says this very thing), and surely this all-compassionate deity would have foregone the creation of a universe destined to imperfection in which many of the humans were doomed to eternal suffering. A perfectly compassionate being who creates beings which he knows are doomed to suffer is impossible.'
To answer your question: Yes, if god exists, it's an extremely evil, unfair, immoral, and murderous god.

Adam & Eve disobeyed God because they were misled by the serpent (the Devil) in the garden of Eden. Man (keep in mind that WOMAN was made from the rib of man, so realistisally, woman is considered MAN) didn't have the mental and spiritual knowledge to ward off negative temptation because they were not like God, knowing good and evil before taking a bite out of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, so before taking a bite out of the apple, Man was not knowledgeable to ward off sinful temptation. Earth is a realm where both God and the Devil can intervene, so the Devil(the serpent) intervened with man to temp man to sin because the Devil wanted to have his revenge against God for throwing him out of heaven because the Devil wanted to be before God (that's why the Devil's # is 666). Anyways, the point is, the only thing that God owes us is a CHANCE to make things better, once again by creating the Ten Commandments as a "Rulebook" to go by, and whether or not you want to abide by it, is completely up to you. God is not the murderor, the Devil is. Death itself is not evil (believe it or not). Death is only a messenger of God to deliver souls unto God then God decides the fate of the souls who did or didn't follow him. If it wasn't for Man falling for temptation from evil, Death would not have been created in the first place!!! Think about it real hard!!!So I don't think it's fair to call God evil. The serpent tempted Man in the garden of eden, not God! Just don't do anything God wouldn't do is all I can tell you! BUT WHAT REALLY GETS ME IS WHY THERE WAS A TREE OF LIFE & A TREE OF KNOWEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL IN THE FIRST PLACE IF WE WERE MEANT TO LIVE FOREVER ON EARTH!!!MAYBE SOMEDAY I'LL FIND THE ANSWER!!!! P. S. Some would say that we should be punished for the mistake of two people. Imagine clockwork for instance: If two wheels breaks, how do you expect the rest of the other pieces to fully function properly? you don't FORGETabout the two other pieces, you FIX the other two pieces to make the results favor how clockwork should work.

I have heard about some of those deals God makes with humans. Then there is Satan who says: Givvvvve Meeeeee Yourrrrrr Soulllllll. And it's like, NO WAY. No Deal. God has a better offer, eternal life. Except for one thing, you might have to spend it with Christians. But If you are a Muslim then the deal is eternal life with 72 virgins. God No, not that! Have you SEEN virgins these days. Gaggggg. No wonder they're virgins. They have waste length hair and that's from their arm pits. Just give me one rally nice woman for a few decades and I'll be happy. Say, I already have that, I must be in heaven already!!!! Thank you God!!!

God gave us this life and he also has the right to take it away. He reserves that right to himself however, and other than war when you are fighting for your country under the leadership of a king, president or some other head of government you are responsible. In the case of war the decision to take other lives will rest upon the head of those responsible, like the kings, presidents, or other heads of state that are responsible for getting into the war and they will be judged on those factors. The payment for sin is death so someone who never sinned had to die to be able to stand as the Redeemer. That is why Jesus let himself be put on the cross so his blood that was pure from sin would heal us who were not pure form sin.

Would anyone ask an important medical question to someone who had never read a medical book? Or seek exact driving instructions from a person who had never been to that town or looked at a map?
Of course not! Why then do you seek answers regarding God from those who have never known God or read his words?
They are ignorant of him by choice. They lash out at him because they choose to put themselves in his place. If God exist then there is right and wrong. They know they are wrong. Instead of admitting this they decide for themselves that they are right. That they are righteous. This is what is meant by self righteous. Yet this is what they call Christians. Don't expect honesty in their words.

No the Bible clearly states that God does not cause bad things to happen! you can do some research or IM me and I will discuss some more with you. I love to talk about God and I would love to share my beliefs with you. Though I would answer any question you have I would not try to push you into believing anything. So IM me or E-mail me and I will explain more. I will not be mean or rude. I promise to use only the Bible when talking to you. It would be my pleasure. Hope you find what you are looking for. May God Bless You, Tiesha

The bad stuff happens in the world, because frankly, there is no god. This is all Mother Nature at work. The recent Tsunami was caused by science and nature at work. It can all be scientifically explained. This (or any other massive flood) is NOT at the hands of some omnipotent, and unseen deity.
The funniest thing I read in the bible, was when god decided he "messed up", and had to flood the earth of the "corrupt" people, and fix his errors. Funny thing is, he didn't see this coming, considering he's so omniscient.

No, God is not a murderer and unfair...God IS fairness. Too many people see what they want to see and take way too many things out of context. They would see "you shot my son and you deserve to die a slow and painful death" as opposed to the truth "you shot my son because he was plunging a knife into your wife's chest." They see a result they don't like and blame God because it's easier to believe that this monstrously powerful being caused their misery than to accept the consequences and responsibility that comes with their actions.

No, God is a just Judge who punishes the wicked.
God didn’t confine His wrath to the Canaanites, or to those mentioned in Revelation. He proclaimed the death sentence upon the whole of humanity. We will all die because we have broken God’s Law. Every one of us is waiting on death row. Instead of standing in moral judgment over Almighty God, we need to judge ourselves according to the Law of God. We will find that we have a multitude of sins and therefore are deserving of punishment. Yet God, out of love, paid the penalty for our sin so we would not have to.
