looking for the best place to hold a wedding reception in phoenix-scottsdale, az area. please help!?

planning on getting married april or may of 2007. would love to hear some feedback from those who got married in the phx area. planning on having 100-140 people. have a budget of 10K. anybody had a reception at the waterfront in tempe, orangetree, hyatt at gainey ranch, or boojum tree?? any and all comments would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

I've been to events at the Hilton at South Mountain, and they are beautiful, but I fear they may be a bit pricey for your budget. Can't hurt to check them out, though-very stunning presentations there.
