Jesus speaks of Moses in several chapters;

Matthew 8:4;
And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded for a testimony unto them.

Matthew 91:8;
He (Jesus) saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives; but from the beginning it was not so.

Mark 7:10;
For Moses said, Honor thy father and mother; and, whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
Mark 10:3;
What did Moses command you?

Luke 20:37;
Now that the dead was raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.

Luke 24:44;
And he said unto them; These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

John 3:14;
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the son of man be lifted up.
John 5:45-46;
Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father, there is one that accuseth you, evern Moses, in whom ye trust.
For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me.

John 6:32;
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
John 7;19;
Did not moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepth the law? Why go ye about to kill me,

John7-22-23;
Moses therefore gave unto circumcision, not because it is to Moses, but of the father; and ye on the sabbath day cricumcise a man.
If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day

Jesus was a Jew who know the scriptures well. If you get a Christian bible, you will see references from what he says is from the Old Testament, the Holy Scriptures.

The New Testament presents (documents) Jesus life as the Jewish Messiah (Christ in Greek). For example, Mark 12:29 is from Deuteronomy 6:4 written by Moses and the is the central theme for Judaism.

Yes Jesus celebrate passover, and the last supper took place the day before passover.

No Jesus did not say anything about Moses, his secret is safe with Jesus, he won't rat out Moses.
I know what you mean about that last supper deal, my buddy Archie is on death row in Ohio. He don't want no last supper. But we all gotta go some time so I guess the last supper might as well be a big one.

In the "sermon on the mount" Jesus refers specifically to the law given to Moses in saying "you have heard it said...but I say..." He seemed to be encouraging the people to return to the spirit of the original law by purifying their lives from the inside.

The last supper was the passover celebration.

Yeah he mentions him, like he did not come to abolish the Law but he is the fullfillment of it. like this:

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fullfill them. For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore who ever relaxes one of the least of the commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kindom of beaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:17-19)

Also yes the last supper was the passover celebration.
