Does rinsing your hair with white vinegar leave that vinegar smell if you shampoo and condition afterwards?

Use baking soda in your shampoo instead. It doesn't leave a smell and it does the same job. It does kinda smell like a perm at first, but after conditioning the smell will be gone.

Yes it does. Try using Dawn dish soap as a stripper. You can get it in different fragrances. But use sparingly it strips color, perms and essential oils from the hair and scalp.
