My ex left me for my best friend after one date. and she has since broken up with him and another guy but i still like her what should i do

after our first and only dte my ex left me for my best friend with out really telling me. she has since gone out with hm and another guy who she broke-up with recently we are friends but i like her as more than a friend and i don't know if she likes me the way i do her. if i still like her should i go after her again or should i let it drop

I guess it depends on why you broke up to begin with. Were the two of you board with the relationship, or did she want to leave. Odds are, the relationship is over. But if you are curious you could always invite her over, AS FRIENDS, and see if the two of you can talk as normal people. If you can't do that, I would suggest moving on.

Sounds like she has a high turn over rate - which means she gets bored easily, or she hasn't found the right guy.
You can't help who you like, but unless you get signals from her - long stares, smiles, phone calls from her, then I think you're setting yourself up for a fall... Let her come to you. Call her every so often to see how she is, but don't ask her out yet. - Just don't get stuck in the friend zone - cause that is difficult to turn around. Date other girls, remember... a date is just a date, not a relationship. Good luck!

If there's no animosity (hard feelings) between the two of you, go for it. Sometimes people need to explore a little, have a new experience. After "shopping" around, they may have a better appreciation for what they gave up.
