Tell him that he will have to snarf the snot off your face. Kind of like John Belushi's character did with the Jello in Animal House. If he doesn't like it tell him to go pack sand.

After rubbing noses, immediately pull out a large handkerchief and wipe your nose off. Take a long time doing it.
He'll get the hint.
If not, then immediately after wiping your nose, say "Gee, you've had this cold for a LONG time. Maybe you should see a doctor."
