I am a Catholic Christian.
Like all true christians, I believe in the Holy Trinity (One God who is 3 Divine Persons). The 3 persons are God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit.
Most Protestants (non-Catholic Christians) accept the Holy Trinity.
Jehovah Witnesses reject the Trinity and reject Jesus as God. They teach Jesus is Michael the Archangel and therefore, they cannot call themselves Christians anymore than I can call myself Jewish just because I believe in God the Father.
Catholic Christians are also the only Christians who accept the Holy Eucharist as Jesus described in John 6:48 - 58
Jesus said:
I am the bread of life. Your ancestors ate the manna in the desert, but they died; this is the bread that comes down from heaven so that one may eat it and not die.
I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world."
The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" (BY THE WAY, NON-CATHOLICS STILL ASK THIS)
Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.
For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.
Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me.
This is the bread that came down from heaven. Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died, whoever eats this bread will live forever."

To be honest with you, I hate the world religion. Technically, I'm a Christian but that title gets thrown around too easily. If you don't identify with another world religion and are not atheist or agnostic - you're a christian... I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and I believe that he died on the cross and was raised again. When I am asked why I should be allowed to enter into heaven, my reply will be "I am washed clean in the blood of Christ, my Lord and Savior."

I have no religion. I have no denomination. I worship from the heart 24/7, and I live by the Spirit and the Word only.

Dear MusicGirl,
I am a Christian (non-denominational, evangelical).
I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ.
For a draft-version of my journey from atheism to Christ, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html
Cordially,
John
