Perhaps it is the sweat going in your mouth. I thought that sweat was supposed to be salty, but I guess yours is different.

Becasue when you exercise, you use up the sugar in your blood, and as your exercise you burn out the sugar in the blood heading towads your brain, sometimes causing a sugary taste in your mouth.
