I understand that alot of people are answering with "belly belts", but I had the worst back pain ever with just carrying one. And she was my fourth! I am a small person so that might be why. But- what the tip that I was givin, and worked, was get a backpack and put some books in it. It helps take the strain off of the back and helps lift the tummy up.

The pregnancy belt is a god send. When I was pregnant with my son it provided me with much needed relief. I found mine at Baby Depot, but I'm sure other baby stores would have them. I also used one of those body pillows for sleeping on. and it helped alot as well.
Hope this helps

It sound strange but there is a product called a "belly bra". It will support her abdomen and lower back. It really helped my sister in law.

What kind of bed do you have? I would recommend an airbed (Select Comfort) or a TempurPedic. Yes they are expensive but worth it.
