We are responsible for ourselves and to others.

We can only control our own choices and actions. Since that is not true of others, we are not responsible for them.

We are responsible to others. Both in the sense of influence and serving others in need.

For anyone who has a hard time knowing who and what they are responsible for, I highly recommend "Boundaries," by Henry Cloud and John Townsend. I grew up feeling responsible for the actions of others. It really helped me a lot.

Taking responsibility for things beyond your control will keep you from taking proper responsibility for yourself. But going the opposite direction and neglecting others is not the answer.

There is also a correlation between responsibility and authority. You cannot take responsibility for something you have no authority to do.

Every human ever created is responsible for their actions. You only have to stand before God and possibly explain your actions if you get that chance. Its simple, keep it clean, safe and undercontrol and also repent. All can be forgiven, well in most cases.

There are only two ways to be responsible for a wrongdoing.

For committing a crime yourself, or for allowing it to happen.

If you have no choice, then you are not responsible. Should you ever challenge a God, it is entirely you, please do not irratate a God on my behalf. It will not only upset my Gods, But it will also upset me.

In the eye of God, as long as people can decide by themself, then they are responsible for what they do.
I think God is very tolerance to the kids, since they are their parents' responsibility, until they are old enogh to think and do by themself, so they can differ what is good and bad.
