If you do not want to spend money the best thing I can suggest to you is to do crunches every morning and night before bed and drink lots of water walk everyday for may be 45 mins to a hour if possible and cut back on the junk food. When you eat eat from a saucer rather than a normal size plate. Eat healthy but in small portions. On the other hand I purchase a workout tape (Turbo Jam) from beachbody.com. It has many nice work-outs on 5 different DVDs as well as a very impressive support system/club on the web and many different diet meals. Charlene's workouts are amazing and I enjoy them if you cant fight now you sure will when you get through those exercises. check out the site I promise you will love it. And you will find many ppl who can relate to your situation. And IT IS NOT A GIMMICK TYPE OF PROGRAM it is very beneficial to me. It also has the 10 IN 10 program lose 10pounds and 10 inches in 10 days. BUT!!! it is not going to be as easy as it sounds that's what they don't tell you. you have to eat right and do the workouts. In my opinion it is well worth it. it like 19.99 in three installments with a 30 day trial. Good Luck!

There is a new pill called "Suckitoff " . Within each pill is a micro vacuum . Every time you eat , your Suckitoff pill counteracts the food by sucking it off the lining of your stomach like a Rhomba . Each pill expands to 40 times the size and becomes the size of a small turd . It comes out naturally in your next bowel movement and is totally flushable. The more you eat , the more Suckitoff pills you take. The best thing is that , so far , there are NO NONE SIDE EFFECTS. So call your doctor and see if he is willing to prescribe Suckitoff .

Congratulations on the little bundle of joy AND please don't hold it against him/her - the odd stomach shape is just mother nature getting back at you for the headaches you caused her. And also a reason for you to know that there is life after childbirth - exercise life that is!
What To Do:
1) - Don't change your eating habits - you'll screw up your metabolism. Just eat like a healthy breastfeeding mum should. You'll soon lose the expectant-mother-cravings so there's nothing to worry about.
2) - Start to rebuild the muscles around the belly - they've been stretched out of shape by the little tyke. They've lost their elasticity. Have no fear, putting the bounce back into them is easy. BUT HOW? SIT-UPS MUM! Sit-ups... Good old fashioned sit-ups...
HOW ??? - Bent Knee Sit-Ups. That's all you need to do. And doing them secretly is even more fun, especially when you're finally ready to show your lucky man that Venius is back. The look on his face will say it all.
This is what you need to do for a flatter than flat beautifully rippled (gracefully rippled I should say since we're talking about some kid's mother here) tummy. Place your feet under a sofa or bed. Lay down on your back. Bend your knees and move four feet apart slightly. Move your knees apart till they are in line with your shoulders - knees shoulder width apart. Cross your arms over your chest. Place the palms gently on the upper chest. RELAX!!!
ANY STRESS ON THE UPPER BODY AND THE STOMACH WILL BE ROUNDER THAN A KENTUCKY HAM.
All the strain must be centered around the navel. Starting with a slight lifting of the head off the floor, give a quick short tension to the lower belly muscles (around the navel). Lock the belly in the front and in one swift movement - WITHOUT BENDING ANY PART OF THE UPPER BODY, sit up and stop at about 60 degrees from the floor. If you feel any serious tension in any leg, adjust its position. You must be balanced - left side and right side.
Hold the 60 degreee position for half a second, and in one swift movement - the upper body absolutely straight, still holding the tension in the belly, lower your self to the original position. For safety I'd place a pillow under my head. Remember all the work is in the belly. Repeat the sit-up and lay-down 10 times. And that's it for the session.
Do another session before bed. One at rising and one at bed-time. 10 sit-ups each, 2 times a day for ten days - Keep a log/record. Don't look in the mirror until after ten days. Promise?
After ten days your belly muscles should have enough bounce to allow you to move up to 15 sit-ups per session. Anything more and you're just being silly - your kid will tell you that.
In 20 days you'll start to notice unusual things - your pants will feel funny around the waist, your belts will start to feel longer - you'll move one hole in, your back will feel better and when you lift the little miracle you'll think the kid's losing weight. Don't worry it'll just be that with stronger gut muscles strain on all body muscles is shared more appropriately hence the feeling that things you regularly lift are getting lighter.
Working the stomach muscles regularly is a very important thing for mothers - extremely important. Besides you'll actually look superb. Make the sit-up routine a part of your daily life. Get the kid involved as soon as she/he is capable. Healthy families are the happiest. And all the very best to you. Just remember that the knees must be bent and shoulder width apart, there must be no strain on any other part of the body except the belly front and all you need are 15 to 20 (max) sit-ups per session. After twenty days you can do one session per day.

There is almost no way, especially if you've had a c section. Your stomach has just 'deflated' too quickly and your skin did not have time to stretch back to normal. Your child left you something to remember them by, a small belly pouch. If it really bothers you, get the surgery. Doesnt hurt too bad(from what I hear) and doesnt costs too much. I'm sorry, even if your child is not.

Breast feeding does help that some, and pulling in your stomach muscles as much as possible as often as possible helps too.. just every time you think about it pull in your tummy and hold it for the count of 10 and then let it out, and do this for like 10 times in a row, as often as you can remember to do it.. it really does help.. it will tighten up the stomach muscles pretty quickly.. good luck..

the key is dieting and exercising. You can do a 45 minute jog three days a week and do sit-ups or crunches four days a week. Remember not to overwork your muscles. also remember to eat healthy meals and try not to Skip breakfast. If you skip breakfast you will burn less calories during the day because breakfast is used to like kicks-tart you metabolism.

You have to do a lot of sit-ups and crunches everyday and eat right. Try to stay away from a lot of starches since it turns into sugar. Good luck!

the nice thing about having a baby, is that afterwards, your body chemistry is like new. Your body is starting from scratch. right after you have a baby start doing healthy things, eating right and excersise and you will find that it goes away pretty fast.
