Yesterday night I was standing in my balcony, I just sneak into their opened window and was shocked to see mother-son(who lives alone) totally naked and kissing each other.
though both of them are adult, should i report the matter to cops ?

if incest laws are there in yr country,then u should report but make sure u got an evidence with u.
else just let them enjoy as u can't do anything!!

YES it is your duty to call the cops.. an yes it is illegal do to the fact that if it is still going on an the son is an adult that meansit was going on when he was just a innocent child..therefore thats all he knows an he think its ok..you should report it so it stops an the son can get help an have the normal life that he deserves

Unfortuantely, i don't think the cops can do much. Neither one is under age, I doubt either is going to cry rape, so pretty much there is nothing much they can do. They can questiion the boy about how long it's been going and such but honestly he's going to protect his mother. Very strange and sick thing theyre doing. Maybe u can discretely, leave some mental health pamphlets or incest ones. by their door.

Well other than that being absolutely disgusting, they can't really do anything about if the boy is of age. Now if he is under 18 than yes definitely! You should turn them in.

I find it hard to believe you are serious based on the fact that nearly all of your questions are sexual in nature.
However, if you are truly concerned about this, try befriending the son. See if he wants help. If he doesn't, close your drapes.

I would just stay out of it, you don't want to be caught in the middle of something that messed up.
and not that I am agreeing with the incest, but if it makes them happy, I would just leave them be, and try to avoid them.

yes becuase it has probably been going on for years and he doesnt have any power to understand what is going on even though he is an adult.. are you sure you saw what you think you saw?
