A full 3 days leading up to a speech I gave in college about the effects of sleep deprivation. Probably not the smartest thing I ever did, but at least the speech went over well (at least I think it did -- don't really remember giving it). Afterwards, I slept for nearly 15 hrs straight.

7 3/4 days, believe me, once you get to seven days you will count the rest of the day in fractions too. i was seeing shadow figures and practically loosing my mind, i couldnt concentrate on anything i would just go blank in the middle of doing something, definatly not good for you
