How tall are you? I know that 40 kgs is around 88 pounds. I am 17 and 5'2" and 85 pounds. If you like 5'6" (66 inches or 168 cm) or so then yes you should gain some weight but it you are around 5 feet (60 inches or to 152 cm) then you look good girl! But do not become fat! If you want to gain some weight, do it in a healthy way. Do you know how many people suffer from obesity? It's very unhealthy.

I know this is bad advise for a 17 year old, but alcohol is your best bet. Beer and wine, are helpful in gaining weight quickly. The correct advise I should give you is, to drink a can Ensure blended with ice cream and milk, once a day, and you will definitely see results.

Wow, I wish I have your problem. Use creatine. You can buy it over the counter. It's purpose is for weight gain and of course boby muscles. Don't endulge yourself in fatty food- because you could still remain skinny and your cholesterol will be shot sky high. If you want to gain weight, do it the healthy way.

your about 90 lbs which is really thin for 17 years
im guessing you want to gain healthy weight. you should look up some healthy food plans and diets and consult a nutritionist. you shouldn't put on fat you should build your self up and start by asking advice and guidance with someone you can trust like a one of your best mates or a parent.
Whatever you are doing is not healthy for you so please start by following a healthy diet and moderate work outs to build up muscle mass.

Many companies make powders called weight gainers,bodybuilders use the stuff, available at drugstores, Costco, sporting goods stores. I hope your true desire is to gain mass and not just get fat. Building muscle is usually a healthy thing to do, getting fat just leads to health problems later in life. best of luck.

how much os 40kgs? but a good way 2 gain wait, is 2 excersise. i no that's how u lose weight, but try and get a bunch of muscle. it weighs a lot more than fat.

hahah wow. ii used to weight around 79 lbs and now im 100lbs so start eating gradually more. and sleep. lol it makes u fatter. but u might not get fatter fast. maybe coz u have fast metabolism.
wen u get older, u will start gaining some weight. hopefully

Try taking a weight gainer. Be careful though. Another way is when you are married and you get pregnant, you'll gain weight.
