Come on now let's all learn the words of my grandfather:
"Morons come in ALL races, creeds and kinds"
People who are jerks are everywhere, and they believe every kind of thing. You can't just make sweeping generalizations like that. And I say that as a non-christian, so don't just take it as someone defending their own kind.

I am not Christian, but I have travelled a bit and met people of all different cultures and religions so I know a little bit about that. The truth is that people are good and bad in every culture, religion, nation. No label (such as Christian, Muslim, American, Rotary Club Member, witch-doctor), can ever describe the entirety of a single human, let alone a group of humans.
Some people will use their group affiliations to feel superior to people who are not in that group. They will use it as a justification for acts that are totally against the groups' ideals even. Unfortunately, no religion, no group, no nation, no culture has a monopoly on good character.
I think that the best thing that you can do, is forgive them for their transgressions against you, and learn to find the good in them, or just hangin out with the non-Christians that you like.

Unfortunately this happens. Being a Christian ( or any other religion) doesn't stop you from being a jerk. Some people use religion to justify what ever little prejudice they have. Whether it is racial or economic bigotry or whatever. This is not what Christianity is supposed to be about. Love and Forgiveness is. Some people believe that because they are forgiven then they can do what they like and it doesn't count. Don't get hung up on the actions of those who give the word of God a bad name, and if they are that bad then you don't need them as friends.

Oh that's funny. If it because fake, two faced, condescending, conceited people are pre-disposed to fall victim to the brainwashing of religion? Or once they are in a religion they turn that way because they're highly embarrassed that they've been sucked in by what could almost be a cult?

Some non-Christians are nicer than some Christians. But, it is very important to know that it isn't a question of who is "nicer."
Christians are supposed to love all others (and thus be nice to others). Christians are also supposed to embody God and be "different" (in a good way) than non-Christians so that people will see good things in them and want to learn more about God as a result.
Christians make mistakes though. Christians sin. The Christians that you mentioned that are two faced, etc., are not living up to God's expectations of Christians. They are making mistakes. It is a truly unfortunate mistake because it impacts you, and makes you have negative feelings about all Christians. Most Christians are not like that and try very hard not to be like that. Again, Christians make mistakes, and are condescending, etc., sometimes, but we are supposed to try hard not to be.
What I mean by saying that it isn't a question of who is "nicer" is this: The big difference is that a Christian has been forgiven for his or her sins. A Christian who has a very difficult time controlling his or her sins is still a Christian. God expects them to try very, very hard not to sin, but forgives their sin. The Christian makes mistakes, but in God's eyes will be forgiven. A non-Christian who is very nice, and has no trouble not being two-faced, etc., may make a lot fewer mistakes than a Christian -- and even sin a whole lot less -- but the non-Christian hasn't been forgiven and doesn't have a relationship with God.
It is this relationship with God and God's forgiveness that is key. The "nice" part is important, of course. God wants Christians to be nice. But the relationship with God and His forgiveness is much more important and is what I encourage you to consider more so than weighing out who in your life is nicest.

Do they do like...sort of what you're doing right now?
I myself wonder why there are so many of you fakes, two-faced, condescending, conceited people here. You always complain and make condescending remarks like you do now. Sigh.

All sin and fall short of the glory of God. No one is perfect. There is a tendency to be two-faced, yada, yada in everyone, Christians and non-Christians alike. Get to know some authentic Christians, not just Sunday Christians.

And how many Christians do you know? Christians aren't perfect, they make mistakes and act....just like you! The ones you're whining about probably should behave better... but as is is, you caught some in a bad moment, or perhaps they're STILL learning how to walk the walk.
I like what Jesus said..."Let he who is WITHOUT sin cast the first stone...."

I'm an atheist and I see it from all groups not just Christians. It's a human thing not a religious thing. Just because a group has values that it strives for doesn't mean that every member has mastered them.
