Four healthy snacks for kids ages 5-12 would be:

1. Cut up cheese and whole wheat crackers. (not string cheese, the blocks of cheese you can get in the grocery store. Cheese like Cheddar, Muenster, and Swiss are good)

2. Cut up fruit and vanilla yogurt. (fruit like strawberries, blue berries, bananas, apples, etc. Use the yogurt as a dip for the fruit.)

3. Dried fruit and nuts. (kids usually like raisins, peanuts, cranberries, pineapple, papaya, cashews, and almonds. They are healthy and naturally sweet so most kids will like them.)

4. Celery and peanut butter or cream cheese with raisins on top (this is also called ants on a log. Most kids like this because it is fun to make as well as it is to eat. Spread the peanut butter or cream cheese a top celery sticks and put the raisins on top for the ants. This snack is very healthy and fun.)

These snacks are healthy and fun. They are also tasty so kids would eat them.

Well kids tend to like sweets, so some healthy "sweet snacks" would be yogurt along with any kind of fruit. Granola bars" the crunchy kind are awesome". Fruit salad is really good with mangos, watermelon, grapes, and strawberries. Bagels (the raisin or plain) with cream cheese (not extremely healthy but better for you than cake and ice cream). Baked potato chips, rice krispie treats are not fatening. Animal crackers, the low-sugar kind. Green Apples with peanut butter dip. Tortilla chips with salsa (mild) for children. These are just a few that I like.

well,there is alot....

1.fruit-salad (u can make a dip with yogurt) or
u use fruits period and cut it in nice shapes...(sounds hard but isnt at all)... banana as a crokodile, an apple u can zick-zack starting in the middle and goin round the apple.u gotta cut deep...(called the mirical apple)

2.all type of veggies....also u can serve diff. dips to it...(kids like yogurt dips with a lil of ketchup) just a tip.

3.cookies (not the regular ones) u make them urselfs with good healthy flour, then u can add shredded carrots or apples(or other fruites) in it and nuts and all that good stuff... they will like it. plus u dont have to add much sugar(and if u do at sugar..use brown sugar..its way healthier)...

4.Sandwiches...but also only with the healthy-dark-bread (like ray-bread) if u want it really healthy bake it urself...its easy as well and its always fresh.(i bake my own stuff too and its good) then u can put on whatever the kids like. cheese, ham, salami, salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, meats in thin-sliced.
If u have a sandwich-maker....place the bread in there and u get it really crispy....

hope i could help out a lil
