I dont know if I'm supposed to say this or not... f uck it. I think them boys did the right thing, the f ucking people who make the laws for us is some fat politican who sits at his comfortable desk and has never been out on the ground. These people dont know one thing about being in combat or what its like to put your life in the hands of the man next to you then see that man have something happen to him.

As for justification, yeah innocent peole shouldn't be direct targets, but basicly you have to what you have to do to survive. If that makes them wrong or not who knows, but know this, all those boys made it home to see their families....
We need to fight these people like they are fighting us. If we got rid of all the news cameras and the fat politicans making rules we wouldn't have half the problems we have right now and the casualtiy number would be alot lower for Americans...

There is no justification, but there is understanding and empathy. This War in Iraq is a guerrilla war which means ambushes and booby traps along with breaking down doors and the everpersent possibility of killing or maiming an innocent person. It is the worst kind of warfare in term of stress levels going sky high. You don't have to get shot at or even run over a IED to just emotionally lose it into a panic attack and strike back at some civilians. Just being in the environment will make you subject to emotional and psychological break down. Then the combat bond takes over and more killing starts happening. It is like living in a nightmare.
Then the higher Command refuses to admit their contribution to the mess the troops are in and suddenly major trouble and the leadership acts as if they are not connected to the troops who were caught in a bad situation and made a mistake.
It is a terrible failure of command to not stand up and fight for there troops and even resign if necessary to get the dam war over.
I can hear the thoughts and anger. Anyone can have a breakdown and many well in the situations that Iraq offers. It is the saddest of realities. Good people are being destroyed. And the quilt is there dragging at everyone's consciousness. You need to deal with guilt. Get some counseling.

First of all those Marines have not be found guilty of anything yet. And I believe IF they did have to kill anyone it was for protection of themselves and other Marines. Our Military needs us behind them not slamming them to the ground for doing their jobs.
