I think so... Good and evil are really 'points of view' anyway.
The difference between a good person and a bad person is usually the media coverage...

There are some universal good('s) and some universal evils. Everyone with a sound mind knows what they are doing as good or bad. Killing someone that is trying to kill you is still evil, but the necessity of it (if there was no other way to survive) makes it hard to draw the line.

Only if they want it to be. the human species is not known for taking responsibility for it's own actions. nor does it readily admit it's faults and sins. they don't want to believe of themselves as bad people otherwise they would have to admit they may not achieve a place in heaven. hence, they have developed relativity in judgement and levels of sin. for example, little white lies are not really sinning are they? yes, they are. they are lying.
there is but one way out of this catch-22 and that is to live as an honest person at all times and take responsibility for your actions and mistakes. i started doing this over 10 years ago and i know a tremendous sense of freedom because, i don't have to worry if i am going to trip myself up by forgetting who i lied to, or what kind of lie i told to whom. true relativity is energy equals matter as Einstein taught us. your words are energy and when put out into the universe that energy has the power to create what is spoken. so, there are millions of relative realities out there. if your spirit is interested in living at one with the universal spirit, then it should speak the truth to create a relativity that is at one with the universal spirit who is all good. that done, no evil can exist.

No. This is along the same lines as "your truth/my truth". There IS objective truth in this universe, which clearly spells out what actions are good and what actions are evil.
Now, having said that...there are some actions that may be wrong for one person but not for another. For example, if one has no problem with alcohol whatsoever, but another person does, then offering alcohol to the first one would be amoral at worst, but offering it to the second person would be a wrong action.

We as humans have a natural instinct of knowing what is right and wrong.
Our teachings aside we know deep down when it feels wrong it is.
Some people do lack this because they are sick wackos, but the majority knows by nature good and evil.
Ever feel good about doing something for someone or something?
Ever feel rotten about doing something to someone or something?
So in a sense YES, and NO

Absolutely. Most people who the world considers 'evil' are just trying to improve what they see as flaws in the world that everyone else disagrees with.
