I have a small cut on my toe that sounds very similar to yours. (It also depends on very specific conditions, but I am recommending something for small cuts or sores.) Yes there is, when they give you your food in an aeroplane, they give you a plastic fork and knife.. That knife can't cut anything, especially not skin..
