Hello,
You may want to contact healthcheckusa.com or http://www.biokitusa.com. The people at bioKitUSA are very friendly and they will give you a list of the closest doctor that can perform the test in their office. Their tests give results for HSV-2 only but it takes only 10 minutes to get the result and it is very accurate. I think it is fabulous. You may also want to contact STD clinics. You will find a list easily if you do a search for "std clinics" online.
I hope that helps. One last thing, I have written a book about genital herpes and herpes testing. You may want to take a look at it at http://www.herpes-wise.com

You can get any and all STD tests done at a local health department as well as any general practitioner pyhsician. I would recommend that if you think that you have herpes that you have ALL the STD tests runs when you go. Good luck to you.

Any doctor should be able to make a tentative diagnosis, and then they would send you to a urologist to confirm it. But Herpes are forever, so really no point. I mean, they do have drugs to shorten the duration of outbreaks - or possibly cure it (if they catch the very first outbreak and treat it aggressively - very rare though). Not to discourage you, but herpes usually never really go away.

A regular doctor. Your best bet would be to go to a health clinic- check the yellow pages in the telephone book.
