Jealousy is a character flaw, I personally think that you are a mature person , whom has moved past the initial bad feelings, this is a good thing. Your new girlfriend needs an attitude adjustment and a reality check, she is your current love interest. The only reason she told you to break off your relationships with your Exes, was to try to control you.

You can be friends - until you get into a new relationship. Then, it's going to be over whether you like it or not because your new girl will always feel threatened by your old flame. It's a cruel truth of life. Your girlfriend or wife will always want to feel "first" in your life. That means ex's of all kinds gotta go. They feel that if you had such a good relationship with these women, why did the relationship end? And when will it re-kindle? Gals, at least most glas I know, feel insecure and threatened by an ex. That's just the way it is. Sorry.

Only and ONLY if Ur really friends and NOTHING more, I mean the kind of friends where u have NO sexual feelings towards each other.
When it's OK to remain friends and it's best to allow yoUr new mates to be friends as well because that way u know your all just friends.
But I can understand ur g/f feeling the way she does, but in some cases u can't help but stay involved with the ex if u have kids. But if she's having a problem with this u should examine why, may be she saw something in ur ex that she feels she can't trust or may be she thinks ur likely to go back to her.

I think it is very proper that you remain friends with ex wives or ex girlfriends cause they are always that for you to talk to if you haveing problems with your new relationship. I mean I am still friends with all of my ex's even know my boyfreind doesn't want me to. Do what you believe in not what she wants

It's proper if possible especially when kids are involved. If no kids are involved then there is no reason to remain friends unless you think you might want to get back together one day or unless you were very good friends before you were a couple.

Really depends on the situation, in some cases yes you should be especially if you both agree the relationship isnt working.
Sometimes you cannot help it, I have an ex that cheated on me, and I am not friends with her.

I personly agree with you, as long as you don't cross the line of friends......Maybe your girlfriend is insecure or had some bad experience before. You can talk to her, be real sincere and gain her trust. But if I were you I would just do what she says if I love her, to save trouble....
