what's the simple difference n similarity btween a plaintiff (person who sue another person in court) n a defendant (person whom the plaintiff sue)?

Difference: They both get different lawyers...
Similarity: They both face same judge.....

Another Difference: One of them get rich with compensation ....
Another Similarity: Both of their lawyers get rich....

Difference - One wants to be there, the other doesn't.
Similarity - They both hope the ruling goes their way.
