Sign 1 -He will look at you, even stare. Now this will be tricky, as if he is shy he will avoid letting to catch him doing it. So if you think he might have been looking, but you did not quite catch him....he was...
Sign 2-He will hang out around you, somewhere nearby...but not too close
Sign 3-He will ignore you, like your nothing to him
Sign 4-He will talk about you to others, but only in a round about way..
Sign 5-He will try to break the ice with a very lame and dumb line...if he does, don't jump down his throat and belittle him, you need to be nice and bring him in nicely

you never really know because the person is shy is afraid to stand to close to you is afraid that he might touch you in an inappropriate manner he might shy away from certain questions he might hide certain things he hasnt hidden from you before he might share certain things with you that he hasnt with anyone else there are certain things that you can hide and cannot hide just ask him how he feels even if he's shy just tell him your curious about his feelings

Well, I'm kind of shy guy ... When I like a girl, I usually give her smiles and looks, but not too deep ... and when I know her a little bit, I usually ask her to go out or something like that

I am pretty sure that this one would be if you wear a mini skirt and when you sit down, he "pretends" to drop a pencil so he can get a peek at -well, let's not go there.

he gets really nervous around you, tries to talk to you, but then backs off just enough to be around you but, not have to say anything, laughs at your jokes, he's polite, and so on

fIRST THING YOU HAVE TO DO IS GIVE HIM THE CONFIDENCE I ORDER FOR HIM TO FEEL CONFORTABLE TO TALK TO YOU. TREAT HIM AS A FRIEND AND DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT LOVE, YOU MAY BE CONFUSED ABOUT HIS WAY OF TREATING YOU.HANG IN THERE AND BE PATIENCE.

When he does something that is out of the ordinary.
opens the door picks up your books,makes sure you are comfortable
