Get dry puppy food. Take like 3 pieces, add a little water and mash it up until its a paste. Dip your little finger in it and feed it to the bird. NEVER give a baby bird water. Use a heating pad under a towel in a small box as bedding. Change the bedding as needed. Do not interact with it more than you have to. You don't want it to become too friendly towards humans for its own safety later. It's very important that its PUPPY food you use because they need the higher fat content to grow. Find a bird rehabilitator in your area. If you have trouble finding one call local vet offices they should be able to help.

You need to keep them warm, about 80% and they will eat through a dropped high protein baby food mixed with water until it is like pudding. If possible leave it alone where you found it. Also they need to be fed day and night about every 2 hours or less...in the beginning

If you want the parent birds to take care of them, leave them alone. Parent birds will leave a baby to die if they smell human scents on or around the bird. If you see that there are no parent birds returning to it, take it to a vet.
