He's asking for a feeler. Like an out pitch when the situation is tough. Basically, he would like to transgress to you. If you like him or whatnot, then date, because he likes you. If you don't like him, then make a few excuses; but he does like you.

A few comments have been made about how much men are pigs and dogs... of course, I disagree. Us men are honest and wholesome... to the point where we argue tooth and nail about the comments made about us. I am not a pig, nor am I a dog. So there, female interests that dictate otherwise.

Until he works it out, or not, with his current girlfriend... the answer would be no. In saying no you could also state, that if he were unattached and not in the middle of a breakup it would, or would not be, something you would consider. Why not, a date does not mean an intimate relationship or march down the isle. You could date becuase you're just great friends. Good Luck.

Be very, very cautious. He is in a relationship and looking for a date outside of that relationship BEFORE it is over. Guys who do that rarely change.

My guess is that they are having problems because he wants to date you. He might break up with her if you said yes, but if he breaks up with her and dates you... then you two have problems... where is he going to turn? My advice is to keep it friendly, but don't cheapen yourself and be the "other woman" and don't fall for him because it would lead to heartache.

Maybe his gf problems are making him doubt his attractiveness and that's why he's asking. He could still like her very much, but may be looking for reassurance from and outside source.

It sounds like his relationship with this girl is ending anyway, don't be thing thing to cause them to break up. Instead be supportive and a good friend. After they break up, which probablly will happen, see what happens. If you both share this attraction and you are interested it will happen. Lay back, time is on your side.

I think you should do what ever you want... if you spent the same amount of energy thinking as you did typing this nonsense out... perhaps you would have come up with an answer instead of asking perfect strangers...

Just wait until he and his gf have broken up to date him.

Give him advice so that he stays with his GF. You don't want anything to do with this Dog.

I don't think that you two should date because that's foul. He's still with his girlfriend, you shouldn't break up their relationship. Plus, if he does this to her, what makes you think he won't do the same to you?
