My boyfriend tells me that he doesn't like to talk on the phone and sometimes it bothers me but I try to understand. It's weird because when I call him durring the day or on the weekends when I'm not with him he either tells me he was busy or talk to me for a little while but he'd be in a grouchy mood and then he always reminds me he doesn't like to talk on the phone. Well I tried something new and figured I'd do the same thing to him and not call him and sometimes when he'd call I'd tell him I couldn't talk. When I do that then he starts calling me and wanting to talk. and if I go back to calling him even if it's not that much he does the same thing. I don't understand. If he's not a phone person then why would he call. And when he starts calling I figure that it means I should call him but apperently it doesn't. Can you tell me why he does that.
And no he's not seeing someone else and that's why he always wants to call me.

I have no idea.. maybe he likes u calling him all the time. I had kind of the same experiece with my x girlfriend.. I would text her everyday to have a good day and that i loved her... and then one day I didnt text her cuz I wanted to see how she would react and she texted me askin y I hadnt texted her... she never texted me except for once in awhile.. I think it turned her off cuz she knew I always wanted a text in return.. she wouldnt text me back sometimes and it made me so mad.... Sometimes u shouldnt sweat the small stuff even if it is important to u.

It sounds to me that maybe you are just calling him to much. A lot of guys don't like to talk on the phone, it's more of a girl thing. Just try calling him less, don't stop calling him all together though. Or he may just be playing some sort of game with you.

Most guys dont like talking on the phone.. so call and say hey
lets meet and chit chat.. It he says no he is to busy. and makes
it a habit.. then i would take it as a hint.. dont play games back
with him.. Most guys just dont do the phone thing.. I dont like
it either.. its hard to talk to someone that i cant see face to face.

Sounds like he's playing mind games. He wants to be in control... that's why he will talk if he calls you, but not the other way around. Dump him.

well first of all he is ******* with ya head! meaning that, he likes to see you when you are confused. and its probably a test, meaning that he wants to know how you really feel about him. i dont think that is a good thing to do, i mean pretend that you are busy. becuz then that will lead to problems. just try to work this out and see how it goes from there.

He is trying to gain full control of you. It seems to me more than anything though that he is just trying to hold you as his but not have anything to do with you. I would have a serious talk with him face to face, just be straight forward and stern so he can easily understand what your talking about.
