Make sure she's wet. Oral or manual stimulation (preferably oral) will help in this department. If she has trouble staying wet, use lube or spit. Then when you first enter her, go real slow. Lots and lots of foreplay. If she isnt naturally lubricated it will hurt going in. Even if you use lube, she wont be aroused as much so she will be extremely tight. But if it is lubricated naturally she will widen, and there will be lots of lubrication all around so it will slip in easier.
