I am thin, but i like to gain at least 7lbs, without eating unhealthy foods.plz help

You and I are in the minority - I've always been skinny too. The simplest way to gain is to eat more calories or do less exercise. Of course, muscle weighs more than fat so working out can help you gain mass too.

You need to eat some foods that are higher in calories, but they don't have to be junkfood. Drink whole milk, full fat cheeses, leave the skin on poultry, choose a rich sauce on pasta instead of a vegetable one, and so on. Myself, I don't like sweets but can end a meal with a nice cheese plate. Get a calorie counter and pick out the hi-cal choices. Or just get used to being thin - millions of people wish they were!

Eat extra carbs and protein. You can get protein shakes and bars at the grocery store. Also, try eating more whole grain pasta.

eat some cake. or anyjunk food will let you gain weight.

EAT ITALIAN FOOD!!!! Pasta, bread, butter, potatoes, its not unhealthy yet has fat in it and very yummy!!!
