I recommend you be very careful with fill-in-the-blank wills. Every one I have seen actually makes things worse, rather than better. Depending on which state you live in, you may be better off taking out a piece of paper and writing in your own words (not legalese) where you want your property to go and who you want to distribute it after you die. Make sure you date it.
