You may not get her back, depending on how big of a jerk to her you were. What you have to do to dget her back is prove to her that you have changed. Don't beg her to take you back--she'll just think you're pathetic and you haven't really changed. Do nice things for her on occasion, but try to keep your distance. She might come back to you in the end.

Stop being a jerk, and tell her you just want to be friends, nothing more, until she has time to judge for herself that you have truly mended your ways.
And if she finds a new guy while being friends with you...well, that's what you get for being a jerk. Just be ready to not be one for the next one.

Do something real romantic so she wont be able to resist... like flowers and a candlelit dinner or something like that. If you were being a jerk then you should prove your not always like that.... trust me on this, I'm a girl and I know what girls like.
