Is there a way to show image files with the extension of .art in Windows XP?

.art files are generally unreadable by most commercial graphics programs. This is an AOL graphic file that very few programs can open, so making it a viewable file in XP would mean that you would have to find that program that can open it, and then set that to handle all .art files by default (which it probably would when you install that program).
